No. Every order is cash on delivery. The courier pays the shop at pickup and collects from the clinic at the door. Product prices are never marked up.لا. كل طلب يُدفع نقداً عند التسليم. يدفع المندوب للمتجر عند الاستلام ويحصّل من العيادة عند الباب. ولا تُرفع أسعار المنتجات أبداً.
Who decides the delivery fee?من يحدّد أجرة التوصيل؟
The delivery company sets a base fee and a per-kilometre rate. The app suggests the resulting fee to the driver on each job, and the driver can adjust it. That we checked the shop is a registered dental supplier before listing it.
